How can our family participate?
There are two ways to pick up a box of chocolate:
- Send your student to school with a signed permission slip and tell them to head straight to the cafeteria after drop-off.
- Parents can pick up boxes in the visitor's parking lot in the morning during drop off
Do we have to pre-pay for our chocolate?
No! You do not have to pre-pay. However, you are responsible to pay $60 for every box of chocolate you or your student request.
If we don’t sell everything, can we return unsold chocolate?
Unfortunately not. You are financially responsible for each case of chocolate, as we are unable to accept returns.
What are the chocolate options?
You can choose to get a variety pack or a case of chocolate-covered almonds.
How does the sale work?
All cases of chocolate have 30 items at a cost of $2 per item. There are prizes for each case of chocolate sold. Payment needs to be received for your student to receive the prizes.
How do I pay for our chocolate?
You can pay with credit card online through the Red Elementary PTO website. Cash or check can be brought to the visitor parking lot in the morning at drop off or sent with the student to deliver to the PTO members in the cafeteria. Cash or check should be in an envelope clearly labeled with the student's first and last name. All money is due Friday, October 27, 2023.
